DESCRIPTION
MICRO-7016 is a hydrogen cotrolled medium-heavy coated all position basic type electrode. The weld metal are of radiographic quality. The weld metal have a characterstics of high resistance to cracking because of ductility and toughness. Excellent impact strength at sub Zero temperature. Ideally suitable for railway coaches, ships, heavy duty structures, Oil tanks, cold rolled steels, joining and repair welding of numerous job especially grey cast iron steels, buffer layer on cast iron prior to hard facing.

MICRO-7018 is a iron powder type heavy coated hydrogen controlled electrode designed for welding in all positions. It gives high recovery, easly detachable slag with excellent bead profile, extremly smooth and stable arc with good stricking and re-stricking characteristics. The weld metal of highest radiographic soundness. Typical applications include heavy structure with dynamic loading, boilers, pressure vessels, earth moving machinery, blast furnace steel works, bridges, Railway coaches and wagon, Ship construction etc.

MICRO-7018 SPL is a basic heavy coated low hydrogen outstanding electrode for low temperature applications. The weld metal exibits excellent toughness down to minous 45 degree centigrade and satisfies ultrasonic and X-ray code requirements. The electrode gives extremly smooth and stable arc. The electrodes is suitable for a very wide range of grained-refined steel. Easy to operation in all 6-G positions. Typical application include Off-shore drilling rigs and plateform, pressure vessels, heavy structure fabrication at hill area etc.

Welds are radiographically sound and can be used in all position. Creep and heat resistance up to 550 ̊̊C. Recommended for welding 1.2 Cr/0.5 Mo and similar Creep-Resistant steel used in Power Plants, Boilers, Oil Refineries and Chemical Plants etc.

Ideal for Welding 2 Cr 1 Mo Steels, Low ally Steel Boilers and pipings operations at service temp. upto 600 Degree Centigrade, Repair of High Tensile Steel Castings.
