DESCRIPTION
An extra low carbon Stainless Steel Electrode, versatile in its range of usability for joing 301L, 304L & 308 steel. Can be used in utensiles dairy Machieries, Petro Chemicals and Fertilizer Industries etc. The Electrode posses unique characterstics to Decrease intragranular corrosion, has higher resistance to Cracking, Oxidation and Scaling at elevated temperature. Provides stable arc, Self Peeling Slag, low spatter and sound. Striking and restriking is excellent. Smooth and fine Beads appearance is its special feature.

MICRO-309MO

DESCRIPTION
An all position Rutile Based, Stainless Steel Electrode for giving about 25 Cr, 12 Ni, 2.5 Mo deposit for use as a buffer layer in welding acid resisting clad steel and Stainless Steels to other types of Steels. The addition of molybdenum to the 25 Cr, 12 Ni deposit improves tensile strength and corrosion resistance. The weld metal possess excellent resistance to chemical corrosion and Heat, and very smooth and quite arc and easily removable Slag and very finely ripped, smooth and Shiny Weld Bead. The Weld Metal is of Radiographic Quality.

DESCRIPTION
A medium Heavy Coated Rutile type Austenitic Stainless Steel Electrode Depositing 25 Cr-20 Ni type weld metal which has Excellent Resistance to oxidation and scaling up to 1150C in continuous service. The weld metal is fully austenitic and is of radiographic quality. Suitable for Welding AISI 310 type of Stainlesss Steel, Clad Steel, straight chrome Steels, Gas turbine high temperature Furnace Parts, Broken Dies, Annealing Boxes, Armour Plates, Hydrogenation plants Polymerization Plants etc.

An extra low carbon, 18/13/Mo SS Electrode with Controlled Ferrite content of 3 to 8% for maximum resistance to Cracking. The weld metal is of radiographic quality. It has good resistance to Strees Corrosion Cracking, Hot Cracking, Chemical Corrosion at high temperature upto 850 ̊̊ C. Weld beads are Smooth, Uniform and Excellent Appearance. Suitable for Welding of Low Carbon, Molybdenum Bearing Austenitic Stainless Steels like AISI 316 L, 317L and equivalent grades. For Welding of Equipments in Chemical Industries, Paper and Pulp industries, Paint and Dye industries.

Hardening can be avoided through preheating and stress relieving. The weld metal is resistant to cavitation, Abrasion, Corrosion and Oxidation. Suitable for Welding of Ferritic Martensitic Chrome Steels and Steel Casting. Surfacing of Turbine parts made of 13% Cr-Steels. For Cutlery, Pump Parts, Valve Seats, Oil Refinery Equipments etc.
